The Canyons/The Colony

The Canyons features a dynamic year-round pedestrian village featuring the Grand Summit Hotel, Sundial Lodge, Escala and the Dakota Lodge. Surrounding this core area is a wide range of single family housing. Most single-family-homes within the Canyons are located within the private, gated community of the Colony. The Colony at White Pine Canyon features North America's largest ski-in ski-out home sites averaging more than five acres in size.
