Park City is home to some of the Mountain West’s Finest 4 season Private Clubs. These are big draws to families that want an instant community of friends, private golf, spa, fitness, pool, and restaurant access and, in some cases, private amenities on-mountain at either Deer Valley or Park City Mountain Resort. 

 

These neighborhoods also provide lower-density living (average lot size is over 1 acre), architectural control for consistent quality, defined building sites created by master land planners so homes don’t affect their neighbors, stunning views, and many activities for all generations to enjoy.

 

NOTE: Private Club Real Estate has added layers of complexity compared to standard residential real estate (Design restriction, club memberships, lot restrictions, Master HOAs, etc.). One of our Team members, Matthew Magnotta, has managed the Sales for Talisker Club / Tuhaye, has sold real estate in all of the communities (except one) and has studied the benefits and nuances of each for years. All of these private clubs, except Glenwild, require the member to own real estate to join.  In some communities, it is traditional for the initial membership deposit to be included in the asking price of the real estate but some clubs and some sellers keep it separate from the transaction.

Tuhaye is a gated golf community, that is part of the greater Talisker Club Amenities that provide members benefits in Deer Valley, Main Street Park City, Bonanza Flats Conservancy space, and at Tuhaye.  The neighborhood overlooks the spectacular Jordanelle Reservoir and the scenic Wasatch Mountain range, including Deer Valley and Mt. Timpanogos. 

 

The five-star real estate development offers custom homes, luxury townhome-style condominiums, and building lots up to seven acres in size. Tuhaye is located about ten minutes from the Park City city limits and the Mayflower gondola at Deer Valley Resort®.

Glenwild's custom homes feature incredible golf courses and/or ski resort views.  Home sites are approximately half an acre to 10 acres.
